Rhodeside Appraisals was founded in 1992 by Earl and Charlene Rhode. Our appraisers undergo mandatory USPAP education and have periodic report reviews to ensure the high standards are met. Market valuations cover properties such as single family homes, condominium dwellings, vacant or improved acreages, new construction, redevelopment sites and investment properties.

The majority of appraisals are completed for mortgage lending purposes. Rhodeside Appraisals is approved by the majority of the lenders serving Alberta. We also appraise properties for purposes such as relocation, estate planning, investment, matrimonial and foreclosure needs. The province of Alberta recognizes the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers by law and therefore all fee appraisers require a mandatory licence through the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
